Wedding day shuttle service will be provided to and from the Fairmont Banff Springs for folks staying in Banff (5-10 min drive). Please check the schedule below for the pick-up location closest to your accommodations. Evening shuttles will drop you off directly at home.

Pick-Up Shuttle #1: Moxy Banff (555 Banff Ave)

Loop 1: Shuttle arrives at 1:10 and departs at 1:25 PM
Loop 2: Shuttle arrives at 1:55 and departs at 2:10 PM

Pick-Up Shuttle #2: Mount Royal Hotel (138 Banff Ave)

Loop 1: Shuttle arrives at 1:10 and departs at 1:25 PM
Loop 2: Shuttle arrives at 1:55 and departs at 2:10 PM

Drop-Off Shuttles will run between 10 PM and 2 AM and drop you off directly at home.

Note: Parking is available at the Fairmont for $35 CAD/day.

September in the mountains will be beautiful but unpredictable. Expect days to be sunny with temperatures between 60 and 75 degrees, and nights between 35 and 50 degrees. At nearly 5,000 feet of elevation, we recommend packing layered clothing in case of unexpected heat, chill, wind, or rain.

While we love your little ones and they are welcome to join for the weekend, the welcome party and wedding day will be adults-only events.

In-room hotel childcare is available through Childcare Connection Banff at the rates below ($CAD):

$29/hour for 1-2 children
$33/hour for 3 children
$37/hour for 4 children
$39/hour for 5 children
Daily rate: $216 (8 hours for 1-2 children)

3 hour minimum and 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all childcare.
